Goodman operates in Spain since 2007. Since 2015, our operations are focused on the logistics sector. In Spain we own, develop, and manage high quality logistics space in strategic locations. During the last 5 years we have developed 542,000sqm in 5 autonomous communities. We build long term relationships with our customers by providing superior customer service and ensuring that our assets are maintained to an exceptional standard. Our stable blue-chip customer base consists of large global corporations across a broad range of industries including ecommerce, retail, 3PL or sanitary equipment, among others.
